Online Application

Welcome to the online application for examination page! We appreciate your interest in obtaining professional licensure from the Board.

The Board has invested considerable resources in order to offer this service, and we encourage applicants to take advantage of it. As the United States Postal Service continues to increase the time required for mail delivery, submitting your application electronically will eliminate the time in transit and will result in your application being reviewed sooner. You are still required to mail the required notarized documents, but your application can be reviewed prior to receiving these, with final approval when we receive the notarized paper documents.

Before beginning the online application process, you should also review all information contained in the text and links on the Exam Information page of our site, as well as all information below.

If you do not have the ability to scan and upload documents, do not use the online application.
Depending on the type of online application you are submitting, you will need the ability to scan and upload documents, such as 1099s, W2s, certification certificates, criminal background reports, articles of organization/incorporation, consumer statements, P&L statements, and more. All documents must be submitted in .pdf format and should not be password protected or tagged for expiration. If you do not have the ability to scan/upload all required documents, you will need to download and complete a traditional paper application from the Forms page and submit it  to our office with all supporting documents.

All notarized documents must also be mailed to the Board’s office, even if they are also submitted online.
As the Submitting your application online will result in a quicker review, If submitting an online application, you will not be approved to sit for the exam until the original notarized paper documents are received in our office and processed.
